DREAMLABS was Founded by Blake Pinsker, the former VP of Marketing at MVMT. At MVMT, Blake was an early-stage growth hacker and brand builder.

In the dawn of the eCommerce boom, he learned how to growth hack and maximize ROI through paid channels. MVMT became one of the fastest-growing brands in eCommerce and was acquired by the Movado Group in 2018. Blake identified an opportunity in the agency space because the old model was broken. He never understood why traditional agencies charged so much. At MVMT Blake became an expert at finding the most cost-effective way to drive results, and he saw an opportunity to grow brands using the same strategies.
